Using event filters Follow

If you want to add a filter to an existing email, can you pause the email, add the filter and then publish to production? Or do you need to clone the campaign with the new filter before events are triggered?

Just wondering since I've added a filter (do not send if they have received this email) and frequency cap but users are still getting the email multiple times.

    Hi Lauren,

With trigger-based campaigns you are free to tune your campaign's filters while it is published to production through the edit tab. Broadcast campaigns are locked once they have been sent to production so you will need to clone them as you suggested.
